In Chernihiv region, 15-year-old boy injured in Russian drone attack

A 15-year-old boy was injured in a Russian drone attack in Chernihiv region.

This was reported by the head of the regional military administration Vyacheslav Chaus. According to him, the incident occurred due to a drone strike on the territory of the region. The injured person is being provided with necessary medical assistance.

According to him, on the afternoon of June 1, Russian forces attacked the village of Moshchenko in the Gorodnyansky community with a strike drone, a fire broke out at the place of arrival, a private house caught fire.

The injured teenager is in serious condition, he was transferred to a regional hospital, Chaus added.

Local authorities also reported that private houses were damaged due to the drone attack in Chernihiv. One woman suffered an acute stress reaction. She is receiving the necessary assistance. The consequences of the attack are being eliminated, all emergency services are working on the spot.

The police have registered a criminal case under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes).
