Around 4 a.m. on February 10, the Russian military struck the critical infrastructure of the city of Kharkiv. Chairman Ihor Terekhov informed Kharkivska about this.

“At four in the morning, a series of strikes hit Kharkiv. The enemy is targeting critical infrastructure facilities. There may be interruptions with electricity, water and heat supply. Information about victims and destruction is currently being clarified. All city services and the State Emergency Service are working to eliminate the consequences of the night shelling,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.

As of 5:00 a.m., there were no calls for emergency medical assistance after the Russian missile strikes on the city of Kharkiv, volunteer Natalya Popova reported.

In the morning, the metro and ground electric transport operate. Power and water are back on in areas where there were outages.
