Russia attacked Sumy with jet drones: 18 people injured, including two infants

According to Oleg Grigorov, the Russians used three modified jet drones. Such drones fly much faster than conventional attack UAVs, which makes them more difficult to shoot down.

Damage was recorded at seven addresses: multi-storey and private houses, transport, infrastructure facilities

Nine people were injured, including two 1.5-month-old infants. Children in the hospital with their mothers.

According to the Sumy region police, 11 people were injured as a result of the shelling of the city, including two children. The injured are receiving medical assistance.

The Russian attack damaged apartment buildings and private residential buildings, cars. A fire also broke out in one of the private households.

Later, the number of injured increased to 18 people. A 47-year-old woman received the most serious injuries.

Among the injured are three men aged 63, 45, 88, and four women aged 54, 43, 37, and 48.

Police investigative and operational teams, bomb disposal experts, rescuers, and other emergency services are working at the scene of the attacks. Law enforcement officers are documenting another war crime by the Russian Federation.

As a result of the attack in the Okhtyrskyі district, hits were recorded in private homes, as well as on the territory of gas stations.

The Russians used a large number of drones. Some of the drones were flying at low altitude, which made it difficult to detect and destroy them.

In the Kyrykivska community, a 53-year-old woman was seriously injured. She was hospitalized with burns. The victim is currently in serious condition. Doctors are providing her with the necessary assistance.

Nine more people sought medical attention after the attack. They were provided with assistance on the spot.
