Scenes from Dnipropetrovsk region highways are actively being shared on social networks, demonstrating the critical consequences of systematic Russian attacks on the region’s fuel infrastructure.
Military personnel and drivers traveling along the strategic M-18 / M-29 highway (Dnipro – Kharkiv) report that as a result of a series of recent drone attacks, there is virtually no surviving or working gas station left on this route. The facilities have suffered significant damage, making it impossible to refuel a car directly on the road between regional centers.
A similar difficult situation is being recorded on another important route – Dnipro – Kryvyi Rih (highway N-11).
Due to the fact that the Russians are conducting targeted strikes on fuel logistics facilities, residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region are urged to be as cautious as possible and change their habits when using gas stations: Refuel in advance: drivers are strongly recommended to fill up full tanks of fuel within large cities (Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih) before leaving for interregional highways. Do not linger at gas stations: immediately leave the gas station territory when an air raid alert is announced, seek shelter or drive away to a safe distance. It is especially dangerous to be near gas tanks.
