On July 6, Russian troops carried out another attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region, targeting civilian infrastructure. The Russian strike fell on the Dnipropetrovsk district.
According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Oleksandr Ganzha, as a result of the shelling, a service station building was hit. It is reported that there are casualties among the civilian population as a result of the attack.
The exact number of injured, the nature of the injuries received and the extent of the destruction on the territory of the enterprise are currently being established. The relevant emergency services and medics are already working at the site of the hit.
Shortly before the explosion, monitoring channels and the Air Force of Ukraine warned of an air threat to the Dnipro and its suburbs. It was reported that a high-speed air target — a Russian jet unmanned aerial vehicle — was approaching. Such drones differ from conventional “shaheeds” in a significantly higher speed of movement, which reduces the time for reaction and taking cover.
