
As a result of the night combined attack of the Russian Federation on Kyiv on July 8, a woman was killed and two men were injured. Warehouses with food, perfumes and auto parts in the Desnyansky and Svyatoshynsky districts were damaged.
In Kyiv, a Russian missile attack on the night of July 8 hit warehouses with food, perfumes, tobacco products, auto parts and construction materials, the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office reported.
According to the prosecutor’s office, warehouses with food, perfumes, tobacco products, auto parts and construction materials in the Desnyansky and Svyatoshynsky districts were damaged.
40 trams and cars parked near the hit sites were damaged, as well as windows in nearby houses.
“As a result of the night-time combined attack on Kyiv on July 8, as of this morning, a woman was reported dead. Her body was found while extinguishing a fire in an administrative building. Two men were also injured, one with a foot wound – he refused hospitalization, the other with a concussion and cut wounds to his feet,” the prosecutor’s office noted.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact that the Russian military committed another war crime that caused the death of people (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The State Emergency Service indicated that all fires caused by the Russian night shelling in Kyiv had been extinguished. “Administrative buildings and warehouses were burning in the Svyatoshynskyi and Desnyanskyi districts. Dismantling and pouring of structures of damaged buildings is in progress,” the State Emergency Service noted.
