
According to the State Emergency Service, the number of injured after a Russian missile strike on a residential building in Kharkiv on July 8 has risen to 34 people. According to rescuers, emergency and rescue operations at the site of the attack are ongoing.
On the morning of July 8, Russian troops attacked a five-story residential building in the Nemyshlyansky district of Kharkiv.
The fifth floor of the building was partially destroyed as a result of the strike. Cars were also damaged, and at another address, an outbuilding caught fire after being hit.
According to preliminary data from the regional authorities, two people died as a result of the attack. Among the injured are children.
Rescuers, medics, police and municipal services are working at the scene. Specialists are checking damaged structures, looking for people who may need help, and eliminating the consequences of the Russian strike.
