
Russian troops attacked a passenger bus in the center of Kherson with an FPV drone. The driver and seven passengers were injured.
According to the National Police of Ukraine, the attack occurred on July 9 at around 2:00 p.m. The Russian FPV drone hit a regular bus traveling through the city center.
Eight people were injured in the impact. They suffered blast injuries, concussions, shrapnel wounds, and injuries to their eyes and limbs.
Six women aged 38 to 76 and two men aged 60 and 74 were taken to hospitals. All are receiving the necessary medical care.
Medics, rescuers, investigators, and forensic scientists were at the scene. Law enforcement officers are documenting the aftermath of the attack and collecting evidence of another war crime by the Russian army.
A case has been opened under the article on violation of the laws and customs of war. The collected materials will be used to investigate the crime and bring the perpetrators to justice.
