Drone hits city center of Sumy: cyclist injured, soldier puts up tourniquet

A Russian drone hit the city center of Sumy on July 16. A 28-year-old man was injured in the explosion.

At the time of the attack, he was riding a bicycle. A fragment wounded his leg. A soldier was nearby near a cafe, who quickly reacted and put a tourniquet on the victim.

Eyewitnesses called an ambulance. The injured person has already been taken to the hospital.

According to preliminary information, there are no other victims. The administrative building was damaged as a result of the strike.
