In Kherson, a driver delivering bread and a passerby were killed due to Russian shelling, 10 more people were injured

On July 29, the Russian army shelled the Kherson region with aircraft, artillery and drones. Two men were killed as a result of the attacks, one of them was a driver delivering bread to people.

At night, the Russians hit Kherson with “shaheeds”, which injured seven citizens. In the morning, the Russian army attacked the regional center again – this time with FPV drones. At about six in the morning, a 50-year-old driver of a car delivering bread died as a result of the strike.

At 07:10, the Russians killed another civilian – a 58-year-old man who was simply walking down a city street. Three more civilians were injured in other drone attacks during the day.

According to law enforcement officials, private and apartment buildings, a church building, an educational and industrial complex, a coffee shop, a store, garages and vehicles were damaged in the city.

The prosecutor’s office has launched a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes – under parts 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, on July 28, Russian soldiers struck critical and social infrastructure; residential areas of settlements in the region, in particular, they damaged 9 apartment buildings and 12 private houses. The Russians also damaged an administrative building, a post office, a minibus and private cars.

2 people died and 8 more were injured as a result of Russian aggression.
