Deep crater and broken windows: the Lithuanian embassy was damaged during the shelling of Kyiv

As a result of the Russian shelling of Kyiv on August 1, the Lithuanian embassy was damaged. The missile fell a few meters from the diplomatic mission, creating a deep crater.

Fortunately, there were no injuries.

The blast wave broke out several windows of the building, damaged the roof and solar panels. Debris and craters were also found on the territory of the embassy. The extent of the damage is currently being assessed.

Russian terror spares no one and does not take into account any international norms, including the Vienna Convention. It can only be stopped by force and sufficient air defense capabilities.
