Six high-rise buildings damaged in Mykolaiv as a result of shelling

Russians targeted residential buildings in the regional center.

According to the report of the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Senkevych, in the Central district, Russian troops deliberately struck an ordinary private sector.

The homes of people who were simply living their lives, returning home and going to bed. No military targets. 6 high-rise buildings and 15 private buildings were damaged. Roofs were damaged, and on four buildings the roofs were completely destroyed. More than 400 windows were broken.

Now workers are cleaning the surrounding area, closing the broken windows, examining the damaged property and consulting residents. The work continues without stopping.

City services will continue to eliminate the consequences of last week’s attacks. Brigades are working at several locations at once.
