“Zaporizhstal” completely stopped work after the ballistic attack of the Russian Federation: seven people died

A Russian missile hit civilian industrial sites as workers headed for shelter immediately after the air raid alert was announced.

As a result of the shelling, seven employees of “Zaporizhstal” were killed, 21 people were injured of various degrees of severity.

As a result of the hits, the energy units and infrastructure of Zaporizhzhia enterprises, as well as the main and auxiliary capacities of coke and blast furnace plants, were significantly damaged.

Currently, the work of the metallurgical plant “Zaporizhstal” has been completely stopped, other production sites are operating at reduced capacity. Specialists and city services eliminate the consequences of the attack and estimate the recovery time.
