
On August 12, Russian troops launched strikes on Balakliya in Kharkiv region. Local residents were injured.
According to the State Emergency Service, the Russians attacked the city with missiles.
The Russian strikes caused a fire in a two-story residential building. Multi-story and private houses were also damaged, and another building caught fire.
Three people were injured as a result of the shelling. There is no information on their condition yet.
Units of the State Emergency Service, a community rescue officer, medics, and law enforcement officers worked at the scene.
