As a result of a Russian missile strike on the territory of Sumy Region on August 16, the elevator complex of the Ukrlandfarming holding suffered significant damage, injuring an employee of the enterprise.
One employee was injured during the shelling and was hospitalized. Significant grain reserves were destroyed at the facility, and the operation of the elevator was completely stopped. Work is underway at the site of the strike to eliminate the consequences of the attack and assess the extent of the losses.
The company noted that this is not the first targeted attack by the enemy on the holding’s production facilities and logistics network, as the group’s facilities in Kherson, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions have previously suffered from shelling.
