A UAV hit damaged the locomotive and the cover car of the Odesa-Dnipro train

On September 2, Russian troops attacked the Odesa-Dnipro train at one of the stations of the Prydniprovska railway. The drone hit near the train.

According to the chairman of the Board of Joint-Stock Company “Ukrzaliznytsia” Oleksandr Pertsovsky, the monitoring team of Ukrzaliznytsia evacuated passengers, train and locomotive crews to a safe place in advance. The locomotive and the cover car took the hit, he noted.

Oleksandr Pertsovsky also noted that Ukrzaliznytsia cooperated with the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, thanks to which all passengers were promptly taken to their destination.
