The State Emergency Service extinguished fires in Kyiv region that arose as a result of the Russian attack

On the evening of September 5, Russian troops struck Kyiv region. As a result, fires broke out there, rescuers of the State Emergency Service attracted additional equipment. As a result of yesterday’s Russian attack, two people died, another person was injured. In the village of Lisne, Buchansky district, fires broke out in two private houses: rescuers extinguished the fire. At the same time, shelling damaged five residential buildings and three cars.

In the Fastiv district, a fire broke out at an infrastructure facility after the Russian attack. Due to the large area of ​​the fire, high temperature, and heavy smoke, additional forces and equipment of the State Emergency Service were involved in extinguishing the fire.

Rescuers managed to prevent the fire from spreading to other facilities and extinguish the fire.
