City services are eliminating the consequences of another attack on residential areas in the Khortytskyi and Dniprovskyi districts.

As a result of Russian shelling in two districts of Zaporizhzhia, 17 apartment buildings and three non-residential facilities were damaged. Balconies were damaged and windows were broken in high-rise buildings. In addition, the social infrastructure was also hit – a local kindergarten, a territorial social service center, as well as the premises of one of the enterprises were damaged.

Zaporizhzhia regularly suffers from Russian strikes with drones and guided bombs, as the city is located near the front line. The Russians are purposefully attacking freight transport and warehouses, trying to paralyze logistics routes in southeastern Ukraine.

Similar tactics of the enemy are observed in other front-line and southern regions of the country. Constant strikes on trucks leave local residents without essential goods and damage the transport infrastructure.
