One person killed, 11 injured in Kyiv following Russian attacks since morning

Since the morning of September 15, one person has been killed and 11 others injured in Kyiv as a result of Russian attacks.

Six of the injured are currently hospitalized in city hospitals. Others received medical assistance on an outpatient basis or at the scene.

According to local authorities and emergency responders, targets struck in Kyiv on September 15 included, among others, gas stations in the Darnytskyi and Holosiivskyi districts and a garage cooperative in the Sviatoshynskyi district.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure across all regions of Ukraine using various types of weaponry, including strike UAVs, missiles, guided aerial bombs, and multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations classify these strikes as war crimes committed by the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are deliberate in nature.

Shelling of essential public utility systems and healthcare facilities—aimed at depriving people of electricity, heat, water, communications, medical care, and other necessities of life—constitutes evidence of genocidal acts.
