Russia strikes vegetable storage facility in Kharkiv region: 6 dead, over 10 injured

Russian forces struck a vegetable storage facility in the Kharkiv region; at the time, people were simply sorting vegetables. There are fatalities and injuries.

The strike occurred on the morning of September 24, hitting an agricultural enterprise in the village of Stara Hnylytsia in the Kharkiv region. All the victims—both the deceased and the injured—were employees of the facility; they were inside when the projectile struck.

The six fatalities include two men and four women. Three of the 12 injured are currently in serious condition. All the victims are receiving medical attention.

According to the State Emergency Service, the workers were sorting vegetables at the time of the attack.

The strike on the Kharkiv region took place during a massive overnight Russian attack across Ukraine.
