Overnight, Russia attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles and a “Zircon”; casualties reported in the capital and region

On the night of September 29, Russia attacked Ukraine with two “Iskander-M”/S-400 ballistic missiles, one “Zircon”/”Onyx” anti-ship missile, and 152 drones.

According to Kyiv rescue services, a strike on a six-story residential building was recorded in the Holosiivskyi district. One person was injured, and ten others were evacuated. Two private houses were damaged in the Solomianskyi district. All fires have been extinguished.

According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, a fire broke out on the roof of a residential building in the Holosiivskyi district, debris fell on the grounds of a private house in the Solomianskyi district, and a three-story non-residential building was damaged in the Pecherskyi district. Officials reported that missile debris fell in the courtyard of a house in the Solomianskyi district, and an administrative building at an infrastructure facility was also damaged.

In the Buchanskyi district, a Russian drone struck a private home, setting it and the roof of a neighboring house on fire. According to the State Emergency Service, two people were rescued. The fire, which covered an area of ​​over 300 square meters, was extinguished.
