Odesa hit by Russian strike on infrastructure overnight and in the morning; fire reported and casualties sustained

Russian forces attacked infrastructure in Odesa overnight and during the morning of September 29.

According to the Odesa City Military Administration, cleanup and repair operations are underway at a high-rise building damaged by a strike on September 28. The blast wave shattered windows in neighboring buildings and an educational institution.

Specialists are boarding up the damaged openings. Six people were injured; two remain hospitalized.

Municipal services continue to work at the scene, providing assistance to residents and addressing the aftermath of the attack.
