Russian forces struck Nikopol with artillery; one person killed and one wounded

One person was killed and another injured in a hostile attack on Nikopol. Russian forces struck the city with artillery. A 64-year-old man was taken to the hospital in serious condition. Medical personnel are providing him with all necessary care.
