Situation update as of 6 a.m., June 14, 2023
Last night, the russian occupiers attacked Ukraine with cruise missiles and Iranian Shahed combat UAVs. Information on the aftermath of this attack is currently being updated.
During the day of June 13, russian invaders launched a missile and air attack using 16x Kh-101/Kh-555 air-launched cruise missiles and 4x Iranian Shahed combat UAVs. They targeted critical infrastructure facilities in Kharkiv oblast and residential buildings in Kryvyi Rih. The Ukrainian defenders intercepted 11x cruise missiles and 1x combat UAV.
In addition, the enemy launched 39x air strikes and 62x MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements.
The likelihood of further missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains very high.
The adversary continues to focus its main efforts on attempts to fully occupy Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts, with 28x combat engagements taking place in this area of the frontline during the day of June 13.
Volyn and Polissya axes: no significant changes.
Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna axes: the enemy launched an air strike in the vicinity of Ohirtseve (Kharkiv oblast), fired mortars and artillery at the settlements of Karpovychi (Chernihiv oblast), Novovasylivka, Stara Huta, Seredyna-Buda, Bachivs’k, Atyns’ke, Bilopillya, Pavlivka, Obody, Kindrativka, Myropillya (Sumy oblast), Ivashky, Udy, Strilecha, Luk’yantsi, Izbyts’ke, Starytsya, Synel’nykove, Ohirtseve, Hatyshche, Vovchans’k, Budarky, and Vil’khuvatka (Kharkiv oblast).
Kup’yans’k axis: the adversary launched an air strike in the vicinity of Krokhmal’ne (Kharkiv oblast). Kam’yanka, Topoli, Novomlyns’k, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Kup’yans’k, Kyslivka, Berestove (Kharkiv oblast), and Novoselivs’ke (Luhansk oblast) came under artillery and mortar fire.
Lyman axis: the adversary conducted unsuccessful offensives in the vicinities of Vesele and Rozdolivka. The invaders launched air strikes on the settlements of Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast) and Vesele (Donetsk oblast). Nevs’ke, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Yampolivka, Tors’ke, Serebryanka, Verkhn’okam’yans’ke, and Spirne (Donetsk oblast) were shelled with artillery.
Bakhmut axis: the adversary conducted unsuccessful offensives towards Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Ivanivske, and Bila Hora. The adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of settlements of Hryhorivka, Toretsk, and Sukha Balka. Vasyukivka, Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Hryhorivka, Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Druzhba, Toretsk, and Pivdenne (Donetsk oblast) came under enemy artillery fire.
Avdiivka axis: the adversary did not conduct any offensive operations. The russian forces launched air strikes near Avdiivka and Nevel’s’ke. The invaders fired artillery at the vicinities of settlements of Avdiivka, Sjeverne, Vodyane, Pervomais’ke, Netaylove, and Karlivka (Donetsk oblast).
Mar’inka axis: the Ukrainian defenders repelled all enemy attacks in the vicinity of Mar’inka, while the enemy launched launched an air strike within the settlement. Krasnohorivka, Mar’inka, Heorhiivka, Maksymil’yanivka, Pobjeda, and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk oblast) were shelled by the enemy artillery.
Shakhtars’ke axis: the enemy launched launched an air strike in the vicinities of Vuhledar, Zolota Nyva, and Velyka Novosilka. The invaders shelled the settlements of Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Zolota Nyva, Shakhtars’ke, Velyka Novosilka, Storozhove, and Blahodatne (Donetsk oblast).
Zaporizhzhia and Kherson axes: the adversary stays on the defensive. The occupant forces launched an air strike in the vicinity of Mala Tokmachka (Zaporizhzhia oblast). The invaders shelled the settlements of Vremivka, Novopil’ (Donetsk oblast), Levadne, Hulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, Zhereb’yanky, Kam’yans’ke (Zaporizhzhia oblast), Zmiivka, Kozats’ke, Mykolaivka, Virivka, Inzhenerne, Zelenivka, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Dniprovs’ke, Kizomys (Kherson oblast), and the city of Kherson.
In Zaporizhzhia oblast, russian occupants continue to rob the civilians, using military trucks to transport the looted property. For example, russian convoys with household appliances, furniture, and other property stolen from local residents were reported moving from the village of Ocheretuvate towards the city of Tokmak.
At the same time, at the berths of the seaport town of Berdyans’k, dry cargo ships are being filled with grain crops stolen from Ukrainian farmers. The occupiers plan to further transport the grain to russia.
During the day of June 13, Ukrainian Air Force launched 13x air strikes on the concentrations of troops of the adversary and 4x air strikes on the anti-aircraft missile systems of the adversary.
Also, the Ukrainian defenders intercepted 2x Orlan-10 operational-tactical level UAVs of the enemy.
During the day of June 13, the Ukrainian missile and artillery troops hit 1x command post, 8x concentrations of troops, weapons, and military equipment, 3x ammunition depots, 1x anti-aircraft missile system, 7x artillery units at their firing positions, 2x air defense assets, and 1x electronic warfare station of the adversary.
