The missile attack on Kyiv on June 16, during the visit of African leaders, is an attempt by Russia to force them to pressure Ukraine for negotiations.

This opinion was expressed by military analyst Petro Chernyk.

The leaders of African countries arrived in Kyiv to propose their “peace plan” to end the war. According to Chernyk, by staging an attack on the Ukrainian capital, the Russian Federation seeks to force African leaders to put more pressure on Ukraine to start negotiations.

“Russia has its own satanic logic. It shows that it has no rules,” the military analyst noted.

He explained that when ballistic missiles start flying at Kyiv during the visit of the leaders of African countries, they have a human fear of death.

“This causes a very simple reaction – we need to come to an agreement and finally stop all this horror. The Russians are trying to put pressure on the psyche, they can’t do it any other way. This is a classic NKVD method, nothing has changed since those times,” said Chernyk.
