The tenth body was found: the number of those killed in Lviv has increased, the rescue and search operation has been completed

The body of the tenth person killed by the Russians was found at the site of the rubble of destroyed houses in Lviv. This was reported by Andriy Sadovy, the chairman of Lviv: “10 bodies were found. Woman. Emergency workers are now freeing the deceased from the rubble.

This will complete the search and rescue operation.”

During this attack, 42 people were injured. Psychological assistance was provided to 363 citizens.

9 psychologists worked at the scene of the incident (7 from the State Emergency Service and 2 from the National Police), reported the Main Department of the State Emergency Service in the Lviv region.

Where it was safe, representatives of the police, social services and housing and communal services helped local residents to remove personal belongings from their apartments.

“Caliber” attack on Lviv: the names and ages of the dead were given to the regional military administration

The youngest victim of the rocket attack on Lviv by the Russian “Caliber” on Thursday, July 6, was 32 years old, and the oldest – 71.

This was reported by the head of the Lviv regional military administration Maksym Kozytskyi.

“Residents of Lviv who were treacherously killed by Russian rockets at night in their home. Eternal memory,” he wrote, mentioning those who died by name.

The list includes 8 women and 2 men: “We share the pain and sadness of relatives, friends and neighbors. This is a huge tragedy for all of Ukraine. We will never forget and never forgive. All those involved in this crime will be held accountable. There will be no rest for them anywhere on Earth,” – added Kozytskyi.

On the night of July 6, explosions rang out in Lviv. Russia attacked the city with Kalibr missiles, which hit a residential high-rise.

Air defense forces shot down 7 out of 10 enemy missiles. So far, it is known that 10 people died. Initially, 4 dead were reported, later the number of victims began to increase. In the city, one of the substations turned out to be out of power, due to which 150 subscribers were left without electricity. As Kozytsky characterized the attack, it became the most devastating attack on the civilian population in the Lviv region since the beginning of the full-scale war. A two-day mourning was announced in the city due to the Russian attack.
