The Russian Federation is organizing the export of agricultural products from the occupied territories of Ukraine to China

Russia is implementing software at captured enterprises that will allow it to export to China agricultural products from the occupied territories of Ukraine.

Automated systems of the federal veterinary and phytosanitary surveillance service (known as “Rosselkhoznadzor”) are being implemented at Russian-controlled enterprises for the production, processing and storage of agricultural products (especially grain). The program package includes subsystems “Argus”, “Cerber”, “Mercury” (veterinary control), “Vesta” (phytosanitary). These software tools are designed to automate the process of collecting and analyzing information about agricultural products that will be exported outside the borders of the member states of the Eurasian Union.

In the conditions of sanctions imposed on Russia for starting a war against Ukraine, China remains the key exporter for it. Currently, Russia is actively exporting grain stolen from Ukraine to Syria and Turkey under the guise of its own harvest. The introduction of these programs will allow it to expand the geography of the export of looted goods to China.”

The loot is being taken away: the Russians have created an evacuation plan from Mariupol

The so-called “administration” of the temporarily occupied Mariupol of the Donetsk region has developed an evacuation plan. In addition, the invaders try to take out all the loot through the local port as quickly as possible.

This is reported by the Center of National Resistance.

It is reported that the occupation authorities have developed an evacuation plan from the captured city. It provides for the removal of collaborators, documents and valuable property to the territory of Russia.

This is how the Russians try to take away as much loot as possible:

“Cargo operations are speeding up in the Mariupol port, in particular, with the export of grain,” the message says.

During June, at least 17 times the ports of Berdyansk and Mariupol were visited by vessels with disabled identification systems and painted names.

For example, in the port of temporarily occupied Berdyansk, Russian robbers and their local accomplices set a kind of “record” – on June 22, 4 dry cargoes were simultaneously loaded with stolen Ukrainian grain at the wharves.

Stolen grain and metal are exported from both ports on stolen and sanctioned vessels.

The anxiety of the Russians due to the offensive of the Armed Forces is growing, they started working on the evacuation plan almost a year ago. In addition, they began to evict residents of Mariupol from their apartments if they did not have the appropriate documents.
