“6 civilian men were injured. They are hospitalized in a moderate condition,” says a local official.

Explosions rang out in Kharkiv on September 16 at around 11:10 a.m., after which an air alert was declared in the region and a number of other regions. At the same time, the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces also warned about the risk of using ballistic weapons by Russian troops.
