According to the Ministry of Energy, the enemy strike damaged the energy facility and power grids, resulting in power outages for 1,550 consumers. In addition, more than 1,700 people were left without electricity due to technological violations. Work is underway to restore power supply.
“At night, as a result of an enemy strike, an energy facility – an oil depot – was damaged. As a result of the impact, power grids were also damaged,” the message says.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, due to the fall of the drone, an overhead power line was disconnected, but there was no general blackout.
In the Donetsk region, 12 settlements were cut off due to shelling, as a result of which more than 21,000 subscribers were left without electricity.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of hostilities, a gas pipeline was damaged in one of the districts, which led to the disconnection of consumers.
Also, in the Chernihiv region, six settlements and one were partially cut off due to technical reasons, leaving 2,266 subscribers without electricity.
Russia massively attacked Ukraine on the night of November 18 with drones, but air defense forces shot down 29 strike UAVs out of 38 recorded drones.
