The Russians shelled Dnipryanу and Gornostaevka, there are power outages in populated areas

Provocations have become one of the favorite methods of information warfare of the Russian military against the Armed Forces. This becomes especially noticeable at the end of 2023, when the occupied left bank of the Kherson region suffers from shelling.

On November 30, many settlements in Kakhovsky district were hit. District Kakhovka learned through collaborating sources that in Gornostaevka, Dnipryanу and other villages and towns, the Russians targeted exclusively the residential sector. Because of this, there were even problems in the power grid in some places, some houses were left without electricity.

The calculation of the Russians is very simple: the strikes can be attributed to the Armed Forces, as they apparently did the same in the northern regions of Ukraine in the first months of the full-scale attack. But at least from the reports of the official military sources of the Ukrainian forces, it can be understood that attacks on the temporarily occupied territories from the air are carried out only on objects of concentration of enemy troops. So, in this way, the Russians can turn the local residents against them even more strongly.
