Russian troops attacked Kharkiv at night: there is an inclusion and casualties

On the night of December 8, the Russian army shelled Kharkiv. A series of explosions rang out in the city at night – there were at least six of them. As a result of the Russian strike, two areas were hit, one person was injured.

The Russian attack on the regional center was confirmed by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov. Explosions were heard around 3:00.

“Attention residents of Kharkiv and the region: Russians are striking! Stay indoors!” he wrote.

The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that there is a threat of the Russians using ballistic weapons. The alarm was announced in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

The monitoring channel “Nikolaevsky Vanek” reported that Kharkiv was under ballistic fire, previously the Russians had hit the city with S-300 missiles.

Later, the chairman of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov, said that as a result of the night attack of the occupiers, several residential buildings in different areas of the city were damaged. One injured person is known.

Sinegubov added that there are arrivals in the Kholodnohirskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kharkiv. Previously, Russian troops used S-300 missiles.

“One person was given medical assistance on the spot. There is damage to civilian residential infrastructure,” he wrote.
