The Russians struck again in the Kupyansk District: the premises of local enterprises were damaged

Under the procedural leadership of the Kupyansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv Region, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been initiated. This was reported in the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the investigation, on January 29, 2024, around 11:30 a.m., the Russians shelled the urban-type village of Velikiy Burluk, as a result of which the premises of the enterprise were damaged.

In addition, at 3:40 p.m., the Russians shelled the village of Khatnye of the Veliko Burlutsk territorial community: the territory of an agricultural enterprise was hit.

There are no victims. It was established that the Russian military used aerial bombs.

Prosecutors, together with police investigators, collected evidence and recorded the consequences of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
