Dozens of settlements in the region, including the regional center, were hit from the air and ground — the Russians used drones, artillery and aircraft. As a result of the Russian aggression, nine civilians were injured, and destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure was recorded.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
From 6:00 on May 3 to 6:00 on May 4, a significant part of the Kherson region was under Russian fire. The list of settlements that were attacked includes: the city of Kherson and 31 more villages and settlements, including Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Sadovoe, Komyshany, Mykilske, Bilozerka, Kizomys, Stanislav, Beryslav, Zmiivka, Novoberyslav, Tyahynka, Lviv, Zolota Balka, Dudchany, Novovorontsovka and others.
The Russians used drone terror, artillery shelling and air strikes.
The Russian military targeted residential areas, as well as critical and social infrastructure of the region. As a result of these shelling:
2 high-rise buildings and 9 private houses were damaged;
A gas pipeline, outbuildings, a garage and private cars were damaged.
The most serious consequences of the attacks are human suffering. “Due to Russian aggression, 9 people were injured,” said Oleksandr Prokudin.
