A car caught fire in the Dnipropetrovsk region after being hit by an FPV drone

In the city of Marhanets, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, on the evening of July 28, a car caught fire after being hit by an enemy FPV drone.

This was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The incident occurred in the territory of the Nikopol district, which remains one of the most frequently shelled areas of the region.

After the drone hit, the car caught fire. The flames covered an area of about 7 square meters. One special vehicle and four rescuers from the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region were involved in extinguishing the fire. Thanks to the quick actions of the firefighters, the fire was quickly localized and prevented from spreading.

None of the local residents were injured as a result of the attack. The relevant emergency services were at the scene. The fact of the shelling was documented by law enforcement officers, who are also establishing the circumstances of the attack.
