On the afternoon of November 13, Russian troops shelled Kupyansk with the help of an FPV drone. The driver of the first aid car was injured.

Andriy Besedin, the head of the Kupyansk city military administration, said that the victim was born in 1975. He suffered shrapnel wounds to his leg and two open fractures of his lower leg.
Due to the constant shelling of the Russians, it is difficult to get the victim to the hospital, according to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
In addition, on the same day, a Russian strike UAV hit a civilian car. As a result, the driver was injured. A 67-year-old man suffered an explosive injury and multiple shrapnel wounds to his right lower leg. The victim was taken to the hospital.
