A person died in Zaporizhzhia as a result of a Russian strike: rescuers recovered a body from under the rubble

In the Zaporizhzhia district of the Zaporizhzhia region, rescuers discovered the body of a deceased person under the rubble after a Russian strike.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine: “After the Russian shelling, local residents at one of the addresses reported that a person may be under the rubble of a destroyed residential building. During emergency rescue operations, rescuers discovered and unblocked the body of the deceased.”

At two other addresses, a store building was destroyed as a result of the attack and a residential building caught fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire.
