A rocket attack on a hotel in the Donetsk region: the bodies of volunteers were recovered from the rubble

A four-story building was destroyed.

Two men, aged 33 and 42, died as a result of the dropping of high-explosive aerial bombs from the unified planning and correction kit the night before on a hotel in the city of Mykolaivka, Kramatorsk district, Donetsk region. Their bodies were unblocked from under the rubble by employees of the State Emergency Service, the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office informs.

The dead were animal volunteers. They came to the city to sterilize and vaccinate homeless animals.

A four-story hotel building was partially destroyed in Mykolaivka. Rescuers dismantled 101 tons of destroyed structures at the place of “arrival”. Emergency and search operations have been completed.

On the morning of September 8, Russian troops attacked the village of Cherkaske with a cluster munition and killed three women, aged 43, 45 and 53. The injured man was taken to the nearest hospital. Nine houses and a car were damaged.

The head of the Donetsk regional military administration once again called on residents of Donetsk region to evacuate.
