
The Russians committed another war crime against civilians in Ukraine. On the morning of November 13, a Russian FPV drone attacked a group of residents of the Kharkiv region who were traveling on homemade motor-blocks to the village of Borova to collect pensions and humanitarian aid.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, this terrible crime occurred near the village of Novoplatonivka.
As a result of the strike, two women died on the spot, another man died on the way to the hospital.
One person was injured.
Prosecutors, together with law enforcement officers, are recording the circumstances of the war crime committed by Russian forces.
The Izyum District Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into the attack under Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
