A Russian drone targeted a house in Kharkiv: four civilians were injured

Under the procedural leadership of the Saltiv District Prosecutor’s Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). This was reported in the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

The investigation established that on November 13, at around 12:25 p.m., a Russian drone hit an apartment building in the Saltiv district of Kharkiv.

Two women aged 84 and 53 were diagnosed with an acute stress reaction. A 74-year-old man and a 74-year-old woman were injured. More than 35 windows were broken in the building, at least 10 cars were damaged.

According to preliminary data, the Russians used a drone of the latest development, namely the Molniya-1 attack UAV, to attack Kharkiv.

Despite the difficult security situation, prosecutors, together with police investigators, are taking all measures to document crimes committed by servicemen of the Soviet Union.
