As a result of Russian rocket fire, the private house of the famous goalkeeper of Kyiv Dynamo and Odesa Chornomorets of the 1970s and 1980s, Yuriy Romenskyi, was damaged. Fortunately, the veteran himself was not in the place of the hit at that time.

The shooting happened in the Odesa region, in the Ovidiopol district. The private house of the legend suffered significant damage, windows were blown out and the roof of the building was almost destroyed.
At that time Yurii Mykhailovych, who is currently 71 years old, was in Odesa. Thank God, everything is fine with him.

The local authorities promptly joined the liquidation of the debris and the examination of the consequences of the impact. And help with construction materials and works was provided by the Odessa Football Fans Club.
Yuriy Romenskyi played for Dynamo Kyiv in the 1979-81 seasons and played 72 matches, for Chornomorets he played in 1978 and 1982-84 and played in 88 matches. He also played 5 matches for the USSR national team.
