On January 25, the Russian invaders attacked Zaporizhzhia in broad daylight.
On the night of January 26, the army of the Russian Federation, using S-300 systems, struck the territory of the Pavlov community in the Zaporizhzhia region. As a result of the shelling, the energy infrastructure facility was damaged.
This is stated in the message of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
“This night, the occupiers launched 2 missile strikes (previously with S-300 missiles) on the Pavlivska community of Zaporizhzhsa district. One of the energy infrastructure facilities was damaged by explosions. But all the enemy’s attempts to break our will to victory are doomed to failure. We will resist, we will win!”, the message reads.
In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region, “notarial districts” are being created. With the help of them, the occupiers allegedly want to legalize real estate transactions.
This was reported at the Operational Headquarters of the Berdyansk Executive Committee.
“Notarial districts” the invaders began to create in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region. Through them, allegedly, it is legally possible to carry out the purchase and sale of real estate.
However, real estate registries in such territories are closed and notaries cannot draw up contracts.
The occupation administration of the Zaporizhzhia region announced that it had formed a “notary chamber”, that is, a list of those who will be responsible for the “legalization” of looting.
That is, the region received a formed list of pseudo-notaries who will approve “deeds” within the limits of the occupation legislation. In this way, the Russians are trying to “legalize” the registration and re-registration of property. That is, in fact looting and robbery of someone else’s property.
Note that none of the documents certified by these pseudo-notaries are valid. Therefore, these property re-registration operations will not be recognized in the world and in Ukraine. Therefore, they are not proof of property ownership.
The Center of National Resistance calls on residents of the Temporarily Occupied Territories not to cooperate with the Russian authorities and, if possible, to leave the region until its liberation.
The occupiers proceeded to forcefully issue Russian passports in the temporarily occupied territories of southern Ukraine.
This was announced by the chairman of the city of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov.
In the absence of a Russian passport, Ukrainians are restricted from social benefits, threatened with dismissal from work, and are not allowed to engage in entrepreneurship. They also threaten to take away property: cars, housing, business, etc.
Fedorov explains that this is necessary for the occupiers in order to force them to vote in elections, to mobilize in the Russian army, to judge according to Russian laws and to force them to pay taxes to the national budget.
“And the main thing is to declare that all residents of the occupied territory are citizens of the Russian Federation and to “protect” them, as was the case in Donbas and Crimea,” explains the chairman of Melitopol.
