Russia continues to illegally remove children from the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region under the pretext of “rehabilitation”. This time, a group of 80 children was sent to illegally annexed Crimea.
This was reported by the so-called “Ministry of Education and Science” of the “LPR” group on June 21.
According to the occupiers, the children were sent to two camps – “Artek” and “Alye parusa”. Both are located in Gurzuf and Yevpatoria in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
It is reported that the children will allegedly stay there from June 21 to July 11.
The children were allegedly sent to “rehabilitate”.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the aggressor country Russia has regularly taken Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. As a rule, children are taken away under the pretext of “rehabilitation” or “rescue from shelling”.
Ukrainian children end up in camps, including “patriotic” ones, where they are influenced by ideology or propaganda.
On June 19, the Russians sent almost 50 children from the temporarily occupied Pervomaisk to a camp in the Kaluga region of the Russian Federation.
And on June 15, the occupiers sent 150 children from settlements in the Starobil District to the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic of the Russian Federation for alleged “rehabilitation.”
