The occupation administration of the city of Rubizhne in the Luhansk region continues to carefully identify residential real estate that can be taken from the rightful owners. A new list of blacklisted apartments has been published.
The occupation administration of Rubizhne prepared a new list of real estate objects “with signs of being ownerless”. These are regular apartments that have legal owners, but are preparing to be taken away.
“The administration appeals to the owners to take measures to end the circumstances indicating that the premises have signs of being ownerless, or to give up ownership rights in favor of the municipal entity of the city of Rubizhne,” the announcement reads.
The administration “for the sake of decency” will wait 30 days for home owners with documents confirming ownership. And after the end of this period, the apartments will be replenished with the so-called “maneuverable housing stock”. And then new residents, mostly citizens of the Russian Federation, will be “legally” moved into the selected apartments.
