
On the night of October 22, the Russian armed forces carried out a drone strike on oil and gas industry enterprises in the Myrhorod district of the Poltava region. Among the means of destruction was a Geran-2 UAV. As a result of the strike, a guard at the enterprise received acubarotrauma. He was taken to the hospital. This was reported by the Poltava regional prosecutor’s office.
“The property of enterprises was damaged. Units of the State Emergency Service are extinguishing the fire that broke out. Prosecutors and investigators of the Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Poltava region are documenting the consequences of another war crime by the aggressor state,” the report says.
A pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – committing a war crime.
