On the night of April 24, 2025, Russian troops carried out another massive attack with kamikaze drones in the Kyiv region. The Buchanskyi district suffered the greatest destruction.

This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

As a result of the Russian strike, six multi-storey residential buildings, eight shops, a service station, a preschool educational institution, as well as at least 13 cars were damaged.

In the Vyshgorod district, damage was recorded to a warehouse and three more cars that were on the territory of the facility.

Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation into the facts of committing a war crime under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigators from the Buchanan, Kyiv-Svyatoshyn and Vyshgorod district prosecutor’s offices continue to record the consequences of another act of Russian aggression.

Investigative teams and rescuers are working on the ground, documenting the scale of the destruction.
