The Dnipro regional military administration and regional council reported on the security situation in Dnipropetrovsk region as of the evening of February 13. In the morning, a 64-year-old man was killed by Russian shelling in the district center. Two more 53-year-old residents of the city were injured as a result of being hit by a kamikaze drone. They sought medical help on their own. Both will be treated at home.
