Russian troops opened fire again on the communities of Donetsk region, private houses were destroyed, the cemetery was damaged, there are victims, the head of the regional military administration Pavlo Kyrylenko informed in an operational summary as of the morning of September 3.
“The night before, the Russians shelled Kramatorsk from Smerchiv — 4 houses were damaged and more than 20 graves in the local cemetery. On the Volnovasky direction in Vugledar, 2 people were killed and 2 wounded, a house was partially destroyed. A cultural institution was damaged in Novoukrayinka,” he wrote.
In the Donetsk direction, in the morning, the Russians shelled the outskirts of Kurakhovo. Isolated shelling was recorded in Avdiivka.
A residential building, a shop, and power lines were damaged in the Horliv direction in the Toretsk community. Rozdolivka and Vasyukivka are under fire in the Soledar community.
One house in Zvanivka and one house in Vasyukivka were destroyed in the Lysychansk direction. 20 shellings of the Lyman community were recorded.
On September 2, Kramatorsk was under Russian fire — the Russians shelled the city with anti-aircraft guns.
The Russians struck Kramatorsk yesterday around 4:40 p.m., targeting a high-rise apartment, the territory near the cemetery and damaging the road surface. This was reported in the Kramatorsk City Council.
The rocket that hit the residential building did not explode. According to preliminary information, no one was injured.
In Kramatorsk, one of the shanks of a Russian MLRS projectile hit a high-rise building, after which it penetrated the roof all the way to the elevator room.
Elevator equipment is damaged. Several entrances of the high-rise building were disconnected from the power supply, but as of now it has been restored.
