As a result of the occupiers’ attack on Kherson, a 102-year-old woman was injured

In Kherson, a 102-year-old woman was injured as a result of a Russian attack on the Dnipro district. This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the patrol police.

The shelling that injured the elderly woman took place around 11 o’clock in the morning on June 10. She was injured and needed immediate treatment.

The patrolmen tried to give her first aid, but then the Russians opened fire a second time.

Together with the townspeople, the 102-year-old woman was quickly transported to an official car and taken to the hospital. She is currently receiving the necessary medical care.

As reported by the head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, as a result of the shelling, the woman suffered an explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to the body and limbs. Doctors assess the condition of the victim as moderate.

The situation in the region:

On June 9, Ivanivka, Oleksandrivka, Veletenske, Yantarne, Tomyna Balka, Molodetske, Berislav, Dudchany, Osokorivka, Kachkarivka, Respublikanets and the city of Kherson came under Russian fire and airstrikes, reports the regional military administration.

The Russian military targeted the residential quarters of the population centers of the region, in particular, two private houses were damaged.

As a result of Russian aggression, two people were injured.
