On the night of December 21, Russian troops again shelled the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. The occupiers fired at least 70 shells at populated areas, causing significant destruction.

This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Valentin Reznichenko.

According to his data, during the night the Russian occupying forces shelled the Nikopol district six times. For this purpose, the occupiers used Grad anti-aircraft guns and heavy artillery, firing at least 70 shells.

Three communities of the district – Marganetska, Myrivska and Chervonogrigorivska – came under the fire of the Russians.

As a result of the criminal actions of the Russians, no one was injured.

At the same time, in Chervonogrigorivska and Marganetska communities, Russian shells damaged a dozen private houses, several farm buildings, cars, a gas pipeline and power lines.

A fire broke out in a private neighborhood in Chervonogrigorivka. Firefighters have already extinguished the fire.

In Myrivska hromada, the consequences of the attack are still being investigated.

On the night of December 20, the Russian military fired at least 20 shells at two communities in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

The Russian occupation army shelled Nikopol six times last night

Last night, the Russian occupation forces shelled the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region six times with Grady and heavy artillery. This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Valentyn Reznichenko.

Marganetska, Mirivska and Chervonogrigorivska communities came under fire. The enemy fired more than 70 shells at them. According to preliminary information, no one was injured. Ten private houses, several outbuildings, cars, gas pipelines and power lines were destroyed in the Marganetska and Chervonogrihorivska communities. There was also a fire in a private house in the Chervonogrigorivska community.

Firefighters have already extinguished the flames. In the Myrivsk community, the consequences of the attack are still being determined. In other districts, the night passed without alarms or attacks. Earlier we wrote that tanks with technical water will be removed from the streets of Dnipro and moved to schoolyards.

The occupiers damaged power lines and destroyed residential buildings.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council Mykola Lukashuk reported on the attack. He said:

More than 70 shells – that’s how many came to the communities of Nikopol region during the night.

The area of ​​Chervonogrigorivka suffered the most from enemy shelling. Residential buildings, 4 farm buildings and a car were damaged in the urban-type settlement and its surroundings. In addition, the local power line was disabled.

In the Marganets community, damage was caused to a residential building, one farm building, and a gas pipeline. The consequences of the attack on Myrivskaya TG have not yet been reported.

Lukashuk shared pictures of the destruction and reported that this time the shelling was without casualties.

  • The situation in our direction of the front is completely under the control of the Armed Forces. According to information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, it has been confirmed that an attack was made on the enemy’s permanent deployment point in the Chaplynka area of ​​the Kherson region. According to the information of the Defense Forces of the Tauri region, the enemy’s ammunition depot and about 15 units of military equipment were destroyed in the Zaporizhzhia region. But the enemy continues shelling the civilian infrastructure on the right bank of the Dnieper, continues to terrorize the Nikopol district as well. The occupiers shelled Myrivska and Pokrovska communities. About 10 private houses and commercial buildings, gas pipelines and power lines were damaged. No losses. There was no shelling in the Kryvorizka district.
  • The situation in Kryvyi Rih is fully controlled by the Military Administration. Communal enterprises, social institutions – work stably. In a limited amount, according to the limits given by the energy company, but the city’s electric transport is working. At the same time, there is still a possibility of emergency, emergency and fan shutdowns by energy companies. In our region, like many others, the situation with energy remains very difficult. Power engineers are doing everything to restore the power system as soon as possible. But it takes time, the destruction is significant. Therefore, keep water supplies at home, keep your phones, flashlights and power banks charged.
  • In the difficult conditions of martial law, the city continues to provide assistance to those families of Kryvyi Rih who need it most. In December, more than 56,000 of them received free food kits for the second time, and since May, more than 292,000 such kits have been issued at the expense of the city budget.
