As a result of the Russian attack with a guided aerial bomb on a high-rise building in Kharkiv, it is already known that three people have died, including teenagers aged 13 and 15.
On October 31, rescuers unblocked the bodies of a 15-year-old boy and a man from under the rubble of the house.
The first victim was an 11-year-old boy who was freed from the rubble with severe head injuries and fractures. Doctors performed resuscitation measures for more than 30 minutes, but it was not possible to save the child.
The number of victims also increased – up to 35 people.
Late in the evening on October 30, Russian troops launched guided aerial bombs on Kharkiv. As a result of an enemy attack, almost the entire entrance of a nine-story residential building was destroyed.
A strike by a Russian guided aerial bomb was recorded in the Saltiv district of Kharkiv. Emergency services confirmed that the fourth floor of a high-rise building had been hit.
Chairman Ihor Terekhov noted that the sixth to first floors of the building were completely destroyed.
